Creating new gardens.
Planting beds (creation, planting and weeding)
Maintaining the botanic collections and grounds outside the enclosures (mowing, watering, pruning, weeding, etc.)
The „botanic“ profession
The botanic section of the park is managed by the Mulhouse City Hall Parks Department. A team of 10 gardeners maintain the grounds (outside the enclosures) and the park's collections but also the Wallach Park and L'Hermitage. The engineer, botanist and gardener-botanist only work occasionally at the park.
